Mission Highlights
As BLENT’s first Chief of Staff, you will partner directly with the CEO and founders to turn strategy into execution and scale the company efficiently. You’ll drive key strategic initiatives, oversee OKRs, processes and company routines and ensure financial and operational visibility. Acting as both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator, you’ll help translate BLENT’s vision into measurable results while freeing up the CEO’s focus for growth and partnerships.

Finance
- Maintain real-time visibility on financial performance, cash flow and business KPIs (ARR, MRR, payroll, expenses).
- Consolidate financial and operational data into actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- Build and manage investor reporting and fundraising materials, including data and presentations.
- Manage relationships with external finance partners and ensure smooth collaboration.
Ops
- Drive alignment between strategy, priorities and execution across all teams.
- Prepare and structure strategic meetings and reviews (leadership reviews, client committees, etc.), ensuring clear decisions and follow-ups.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of internal tools and systems (CRM, finance automation, project management, AI, etc.).
- Document, optimize and scale core processes to improve efficiency and data consistency.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Brand, Product, AI and Tech to ensure delivery and impact.
- Identify best practices and lead the creation of the company’s first playbooks and operating processes.
- Handle ad-hoc strategic or operational challenges, providing structured analysis and clear recommendations.
HR
- Oversee HR activities including onboarding, payroll and contracts.
- Prepare and structure strategic meetings and reviews involving people topics (leadership reviews, org reviews, etc.), ensuring clear decisions and follow-ups.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of HR-related internal tools and systems.
- Define, track and automate company-wide OKRs and KPIs where people performance is involved (culture, hiring, org health).
- Manage relationships with external HR partners and ensure smooth collaboration.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, venture capital, or Chief of Staff–type roles within tech or SaaS environments,
- Strong analytical, financial and organizational skills with proven ability to turn data into actionable insights,
- Excellent communicator, highly proactive, with strong drive and initiative, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments,
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, tech and business teams,
- Demonstrated success in project coordination and execution from planning to delivery,
- Hands-on, resourceful and autonomous, with strong ownership and problem-solving mindset,
- Detail-oriented, adaptable and driven by efficiency and continuous improvement,
- Fluent in English (French or another European language is a plus).
