Mission Highlights
As our first Content Specialist, your role is to create content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience. You will develop and execute content strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and support marketing and communication initiatives. This includes creating high-quality content across various channels, such as blog posts, website copy, social media, and emails, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand voice, target audience and business goals.
- Create high-quality and engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, website copy, social media, emails, whitepapers, case studies and more.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to generate content ideas and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Leverage data and analytics to evaluate content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement, including optimizing content for SEO best practices to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content projects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing campaigns and initiatives with compelling content.
- Stay up-to-date with content marketing best practices and emerging trends.
Profile
- First experience in content creation, preferably in the technology industry or a startup environment.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail,
- Solid understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficient in using content creation and editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with video content creation and editing.
Languages
- English and French – full professional proficiency (C1 or above) – mandatory
- German – full professional proficiency (C1 or above) – an advantage.
